Abstract
Ushbu tadqiqotda talabalarda koping strategiyalarining psixologik xususiyatlari o‘rganiladi. Koping strategiyalari, shaxsning stressli vaziyatlarga qanday reaksiya berishini va ushbu vaziyatlarga qanday yechim izlashini belgilaydi. Tadqiqotda talabalarning stressga qarshi kurashish usullari, ularning o‘zini anglash darajasi va ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash tizimlari tahlil qilinadi. Shu bilan birga, turli yoshdagi va ijtimoiy qatlamlardagi talabalarda koping strategiyalarining farqlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot usullari sifatida so‘rovnoma, intervyu va eksperimentlar qo‘llanilib, natijalar psixologik xizmatlar va ta'lim tizimining samaradorligini oshirishga yo‘naltirilgan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi.
