Abstract
Clinical incident reporting is an essential component of patient safety and healthcare quality assurance. In Uzbekistan, implementing effective reporting systems can help identify medical errors, improve healthcare policies, and prevent future incidents. This paper explores the types of clinical incidents, the importance of reporting mechanisms, current practices in Uzbekistan, and strategies for improvement.
