Abstract

Clinical incident reporting is a crucial component of healthcare quality and patient safety. In Uzbekistan, efforts to establish an effective reporting system are ongoing, influenced by international best practices and local healthcare policies. This paper explores the current state of clinical incident reporting in Uzbekistan, its challenges, and opportunities for improvement. The study examines regulatory frameworks, healthcare professionals' attitudes toward reporting, and the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Recommendations are provided to enhance reporting systems, ensuring improved patient safety and healthcare quality.
