Abstract
Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston turizm muhitida qo‘llaniladigan til birliklarining funksional tasnifi o‘rganilgan. Orientatsion, servis va ijtimoiy birliklar guruhlari empirik ma‘lumotlar asosida tahlil qilinib, ularning kommunikativ samaradorlikka ta‘siri aniqlangan. 150 muloqot epizodi kuzatilgan bo‘lib, har bir funksional guruhning chastotasi va muloqot muvaffaqiyatiga hissasi miqdoriy jihatdan baholangan.
