Abstract
Mazkur maqolada inklyuziv ta’lim tizimida gender tengligini ta’minlashga ta’sir etuvchi ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy, pedagogik, psixologik va institutsional omillar tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda zamonaviy xalqaro tajribalar, raqamli ta’lim texnologiyalari, innovatsion pedagogik yondashuvlar hamda gender sezgir boshqaruv mexanizmlarining inklyuziv ta’lim samaradorligiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari gender tengligini ta’minlashda pedagoglarning malakasi, o‘quv dasturlarining moslashtirilganligi, ta’lim muassasalari infratuzilmasi, oilaviy qo‘llab-quvvatlash va davlat siyosatining muhim ahamiyat kasb etishini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, inklyuziv ta’lim tizimida gender tengligini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha amaliy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi.
