Abstract
So‘nggi yillarda global iste’molchi xulq-atvori “barqaror odatlar” mantiqidan ko‘ra “moslashuvchan strategiyalar” mantiqiga yaqinlashdi: xarid qarori narx bosimi, raqamli platformalar ta’siri, qadriyatlar, ishonch va ma’lumot maxfiyligi, shuningdek, kanallararo tajriba sifatiga bog‘lanib bormoqda. Iste’mol xulq-atvoridagi o‘zgaruvchanlikni tushuntiruvchi asosiy drayverlarni tizimli tahlil qilish va biznes hamda siyosat uchun amaliy xulosalar ishlab chiqish. Metodologik yondashuv konseptual-sintezga asoslanadi: rejalashtirilgan xulq-atvor nazariyasi paradigmasi hamda xulq-atvoriy iqtisod doirasida global hisobotlar va so‘rovlar natijalari talqin qilinadi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, iste’molchilar bir vaqtning o‘zida uch yo‘nalishda “optimallashtirish” qilmoqda:qiymatni maksimalizatsiya qilish, qulaylikni kuchaytirish, ma’naviy-axloqiy moslikni izlash. Shu bilan birga, raqamli muhitda “giper-chegirma madaniyati”, impulsiv xarid va qaytarish amaliyotlari ekologik va institutsional xarajatlarni oshirishi qayd etiladi. Amaliy jihatdan kompaniyalar uchun segmentatsiyani “qiymat–qulaylik–vijdon” triadasi bo‘yicha yangilash, ma’lumot bilan ishlashda ishonchni mustahkamlash va omnichannel tajribani dizayn qilish tavsiya etiladi.
