Abstract

Ushbu maqolada futbol o‘yinchilari uchun muhim bo‘lgan jismoniy maxsus mashqlar haqida so‘z boradi. Futbolchilarning chidamliligi, tezkorligi, kuch-quvvati, muvozanati va moslashuvchanligini oshirish uchun bajarilishi lozim bo‘lgan mashqlar batafsil yoritilgan. Chidamlilikni oshirish uchun yugurish va intervalli mashqlar, tezkorlikni rivojlantirish uchun sprinter yugurishlari va reaksiya mashqlari, kuch va portlovchi quvvatni oshirish uchun og‘irlik bilan bajariladigan squat hamda plio-metrik mashqlar tavsiya etilgan. Shuningdek, muvozanat va koordinatsiyani rivojlantirish hamda jarohatlardan saqlanish uchun moslashuvchanlik mashqlari ham yoritilgan. Ushbu maqola futbolchilarning jismoniy tayyorgarligini yaxshilash va ularning o‘yin samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan.
