Abstract

Mehmonxona va restoran biznesining raqobatbardoshligini oshirish hamda xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini baholash masalalari yoritilgan. Xizmat sifati, narx siyosati, xodimlar malakasi, joylashuv va mijozlarga xizmat ko‘rsatish madaniyati kabi asosiy raqobat omillari tahlil qilingan. Sifatni baholashda mijoz fikrlari, xizmat tezligi, qulaylik darajasi va boshqa ko‘rsatkichlar asos qilib olingan. Tadqiqotda xizmatlar sifatini oshirish orqali korxonaning bozordagi barqaror o‘rnini mustahkamlash mumkinligi asoslab berilgan.
