Abstract
Ushbu maqola xalqaro siyosiy diskursda til va jamiyat o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro munosabatlarni BMT Bosh Assambleyasi nutqlari misolida sotsiolingvistik nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqot xalqaro tashkilotlar diskursiga oid mavjud adabiyotlarni tanqidiy ko‘rib chiqish hamda Bosh Assambleya “General Debate” nutqlarida uchraydigan leksik, grammatik va diskursiv xususiyatlarni aniqlashni maqsad qiladi. Tahlilda yozma va og‘zaki diskurs o‘rtasidagi farqlar, xususan, qisqa bayonnomalarda obyektivlikni kuchaytirish maqsadida hissiy va ishontiruvchi til birliklarining qisqartirilishi, agentlikning majhul nisbat, nominalizatsiya va anonim subyektlar orqali fonlashtirilishi ko‘rsatib beriladi. Korpusga asoslangan yondashuv yordamida BMTning global masalalari bilan bog‘liq “mavzuga oid” kalit so‘zlar aniqlanib, tinchlik va xavfsizlik, qochqinlar va migratsiya, inson huquqlari, taraqqiyot, iqlim o‘zgarishi va demokratiya asosiy tematik ustunlik qilishi aniqlanadi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, BMT Bosh Assambleyasi nutqlari yuqori darajada ssenariylashtirilgan bo‘lib, ularda neytrallik, konsensus va umumiy qadriyatlarni ta’kidlash ustuvor ahamiyat kasb etadi. Maqola xalqaro tashkilot diskursining lingvistik xususiyatlarini kompleks registr tahlili asosida yoritish zarurligini asoslab beradi.
