Abstract
Mazkur maqolada omma oldida nutq so’zlash jarayonida yuzaga keladigan qo’rquvning psixofiziologik mexanizmlari hamda uning inson kapitalining unumdorligi va realizatsiyasiga ta’siri iqtisodiy nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda nutqiy to’siqlarning mutaxassis raqobatbardoshligini pasaytiruvchi iqtisodiy cheklov sifatidagi roli o’rganilgan. Tadqiqot nazariy-tahliliy yondashuvga asoslangan bo’lib, unda anticipatory anxiety, ijtimoiy baholanishdan qo’rquv va self-efficacy darajasining nutq samaradorligiga ta’siri o’rganilgan. Shuningdek, qo’rquvni kamaytirishga qaratilgan psixofiziologik va kognitiv-amaliy usullar tizimlashtirilib, yosh mutaxassislarning inson kapitali sifatini va mehnat bozoridagi raqobatbardoshligini oshirish bo’yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
