Abstract
Mazkur ilmiy maqolada imkoniyati cheklangan parataekvondo sportchilarini jismoniy rivojlantirish strukturalangan bosqichlarni (makro/mezotsikllar: yig‘ish, transformatsiya, realizatsiya) o‘z ichiga oladi, bunda asosiy jismoniy tayyorgarlik, kuch, tezlik, chidamlilik va moslashuvchanlikka e’tibor qaratiladi. Buning uchun HIIT, plyometrika, SAQ va jangovar mashqlar kabi usullar qo‘llaniladi, shuningdek, har bir sportchining nogironlik darajasi hisobga olinadi va ilg‘or texnikalar orqali rivojlanish to‘siqlari yengib o‘tiladi, Natijada aniq portlash kuchi shakllantiriladi. Ushbu sifatli tadqiqotning maqsadi parataekvondo sportchilarning jismoniy imkoniyatlarini oshirishga qaratilgan.
