Abstract
chet tili o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy kompetensiyasini shakllantirishda professional hamjamiyatlarning (Professional Learning Communities, PLC) ahamiyatini o‘rganadi. PLClar o‘qituvchilarga bilim almashish, tajriba orttirish, kasbiy rivojlanish va innovatsion pedagogik yondashuvlarni sinash imkonini beradi. Shuningdek, ular lingvistik, kommunikativ, axborot-kommunikatsion va madaniyatlararo ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirishga, hamkorlik va refleksiya orqali professional malaka oshirishga yordam beradi. Maqola PLCning bo‘lajak chet tili o‘qituvchilarini raqobatbardosh va muvaffaqiyatli mutaxassisga aylantirishdagi roli haqida xulosalar beradi.
