Abstract
Reflektiv amaliyot o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy rivojlanishida va tilni o‘rgatishda dars sifatini oshirishda muhim pedagogik yondashuv hisoblanadi. Ushbu tadqiqot reflektiv amaliyotning o‘qituvchi malakasini oshirishdagi ahamiyatini nazariy va amaliy jihatdan o‘rganishga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida dars kuzatuvlari, o‘z-o‘zini baholash vositalari va tajriba sinovlari qo‘llanilgan. Natijalar reflektiv amaliyot o‘qituvchilarning darsni boshqarish, qaror qabul qilish va samarali o‘qitish qobiliyatini sezilarli darajada oshirishini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot reflektiv jarayonlarning kasbiy o‘sishdagi rolini ta’kidlab, o‘qituvchi tayyorlash dasturlarida refleksiyani integratsiya qilish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beradi.
