Abstract
Endometrit – bu bachadon shilliq qavatining yallig‘lanishi bo‘lib, ayollarning reproduktiv salomatligiga jiddiy tahdid soladigan patologiya. Kasallik o‘tkir va surunkali shakllarda kechishi mumkin, ko‘pincha tug‘ruqxonalik infektsiyalar, abortlar va turli ginekologik aralashuvlar natijasida rivojlanadi. Surunkali endometrit (XE) ayniqsa xavfli bo‘lib, bachadon ichidagi adhesiyalar, takroriy abortlar va bepushtlikning asosiy sabablaridan biridir. Ushbu maqolada endometritning zamonaviy ko‘rinishlari, uning asosiy etiologik omillari, murakkablashuvlari, diagnostika va davolash usullari muhokama qilinadi. Maxsus e‘tibor yuqori aniqlikdagi vizualizatsiya usullari (masalan, gisteroskopiya) va patogen asoslangan kompleks terapiyaga qaratilgan.
