Abstract

Biz ushbu maqolada yunon-rum kurashchilarida tezkorlik (reaktsiya tezligi, harakat tezligi, chaqqonlik) va muvozanat (statik va dinamik barqarorlik) malakalarini rivojlantirishning real ilmiy asoslarini ko‘rib chiqamiz. So‘nggi yillardagi tadqiqotlar (plyometrik mashqlar, koordinatsion trening, Y-Balance Test natijalari, neuromotor dasturlar) asosida 6–12 haftalik maxsus mashq dasturlari tezkorlikni o‘rtacha 8–15 %, muvozanatni esa 12–20 % ga oshirishi mumkinligi ko‘rsatilgan. Maqolada kurash murabbiylari uchun amaliy, sinovdan o‘tgan usullar va dastur misollarini berib o’tiladi, shuningdek jarohat oldini olish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar keltiradi.
