Abstract

Biz ushbu maqolada erkin kurash bo‘yicha sportchilarning musobaqa oldi psixologik tayyorgarligini ko‘rib chiqamiz. Real ilmiy tadqiqotlar asosida (pre-competition anxiety, gut microbiota ta’siri, ideomotor mashqlar va achievement motivation kabi mavzular) psixologik tayyorgarlikning samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, 4–8 haftalik muntazam psixologik dasturlar sportchilarning angst (tashvish) darajasini 15–25 % ga kamaytirishi va natijalarni yaxshilashi mumkin, ammo individual yondashuv va fiziologik omillar (jumladan ichak mikroflorasini) hisobga olish zarur. Maqola murabbiylar va sportchilar uchun amaliy tavsiyalar beradi.
