Abstract

Ushbu maqola yosh milliy kurashchilarining kuch jismoniy sifatini rivojlantirishning ilmiy asoslarini ko‘rib chiqadi. So‘nggi yillardagi tadqiqotlar asosida (masalan, og‘ir atletika mashqlari, harakatli o‘yinlar, individual usullar va plyometrik dasturlar) kuchni rivojlantirishning eng samarali yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, 6–12 haftalik muntazam mashqlar yosh kurashchilarning tez-kuch sifatini 10–20 % ga oshirishi mumkin, ammo yuklamalarni individual taqsimlash va jarohatlar oldini olish muhim. Maqola murabbiylar uchun amaliy tavsiyalar va sinovdan o‘tgan dastur misollarini beradi.
