Abstract
Ushbu maqolada ijtimoiy tarmoqlarda ayollar o‘rni va gender tengligi masalalari tahlil qilinadi. XXI asr axborot texnologiyalari rivojlanishi ayollarning jamiyatdagi mavqeini, stereotiplarni va huquqlarini shakllantirishga qanday ta’sir qilishi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolada ijtimoiy tarmoqlar orqali ayollar faolligi, psixologik rivojlanish, kamsitilishlarga qarshi turish va jamiyatda gender tengligini targ‘ib qilish jarayonlari o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston kontekstida tarixiy, diniy va madaniy omillar bilan uyg‘unlashgan zamonaviy tendensiyalar, qonuniy asoslar va ijtimoiy o‘zgarishlar tahlil qilinadi. Maqola ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning gender tengligini ilgari surishdagi ahamiyatini, ayollarning jamiyatdagi roli va mehnatining qadriyatini ko‘rsatadi.
