Abstract
Ushbu maqolada rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarda uy-joy bozorida yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan moliyaviy pufak xavfini aniqlash va baholash masalalari ilmiy jihatdan tadqiq etilgan. Maqolada xalqaro amaliyotda keng qo‘llaniladigan UBS, Xalqaro Valyuta Jamg‘armasi (IMF) va Xalqaro hisob-kitoblar banki (BIS) metodologiyalariga tayangan holda uy-joy bozorining moliyaviy pufak xavfi indeksi ishlab chiqilgan hamda O‘zbekiston uy-joy bozori misolida empirik baholash amalga oshirilgan. Tadqiqot 2020–2024 yillar davrini qamrab olib, rasmiy statistik ma’lumotlar asosida indeks tarkibiy qismlarining dinamikasi va ularning umumiy moliyaviy barqarorlikka ta’siri tahlil etiladi.
