Abstract
Mazkur maqolada tashkilot ichki kommunikatsiyasini samarali tashkil etishda liderlikning o‘rni nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Ichki kommunikatsiya xodimlar ishtiroki, tashkiliy ishonch, o‘zgarishlarni boshqarish va xizmat samaradorligi bilan bevosita bog‘liq bo‘lib, uni muvaffaqiyatli yo‘lga qo‘yishda rahbarning kommunikativ kompetensiyasi, qadriyatlar orqali yetakchilik, “ikki yo‘nalishli” (two-way) muloqot va ochiq fikr-mulohaza (feedback) mexanizmlari hal qiluvchi ahamiyat kasb etadi. Maqolada transformatsion, autentik va xizmatkor (servant) liderlik yondashuvlarining ichki kommunikatsiya tizimiga ta’siri, shuningdek, xorijiy amaliyotlarda qo‘llaniladigan “town hall”, “Ask Me Anything”, puls-so‘rovlar, intranet va raqamli platformalar orqali xodimlar bilan doimiy muloqot mexanizmlari qiyosiy ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot yakunida ichki kommunikatsiyani kuchaytirish bo‘yicha o‘lchovli ko‘rsatkichlar (KPI) va amaliy tavsiyalar taklif etiladi.
