Abstract
Ushbu maqolada Fransiya va Germaniya davlat boshqaruvi tizimlari qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, ularning institutsional tuzilishi, ijro hokimiyatining shakllanishi, parlament bilan munosabatlari va markazlashuv darajasi o‘rganiladi. Fransiya yarim-prezidentlik modeli orqali markazlashgan boshqaruvni namoyon etsa, Germaniya federal tizimi hududiy vakolatlarning keng bo‘linishi va konsensusga asoslangan siyosiy jarayon bilan ajralib turadi. Manbalar sifatida Britannica hamda “Public Administration in Germany” asaridagi ilmiy ma’lumotlar qo‘llanildi. Tahlil natijalari ikki modelning siyosiy barqarorlik, boshqaruv sifati va institutsional muvozanatga ta’siri jihatidan farqli ustunliklarga ega ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
