Abstract

Inson ruhiyati — eng murakkab, ammo eng nozik tuzilmalardan biridir. Har bir psixik zorlanish, tashqi yoki ichki ta’sir ostida shakllanadigan ruhiy bosim, inson ongida chuqur iz qoldiradi. Ushbu maqolada psixik zorlanishlarning kelib chiqish sabablari, ularning psixologik va fiziologik oqibatlari, hamda ong faoliyatidagi patologik o‘zgarishlar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi — insonning ruhiy barqarorligini buzuvchi omillarni aniqlash, psixik bosimning shaxs xulqi va hissiy holatiga ta’sirini ochib berishdan iborat. Maqola davomida klinik psixologiya, neyropsixologiya va ijtimoiy psixiatriya nazariyalari asosida inson ongining yemirilish jarayonlari ilmiy yondashuv asosida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Natijada, psixik zo‘riqish va ruhiy buzilishlar o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni tushunish inson ruhiy salomatligini saqlashda muhim ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
