Abstract

Elektron boshqaruv butun dunyo bo‘ylab davlat institutlarini transformatsiya qilishda muhim omilga aylangan. Tez sur'atlarda rivojlanayotgan raqamli davrda turli mamlakatlar hukumatlari samaradorlikni, shaffoflikni va qaror qabul qilish jarayonlarida jamoatchilik ishtirokini oshirish maqsadida axborotkommunikatsiya texnologiyalarini (AKT) tobora keng qo‘llamoqda.  Ushbu maqola so‘ngi yillarda elektron boshqaruv va barqaror rivojlanish maqsadlarini tizimli o‘rgangan  turli ilmiy tadqiqotlarni tushuntirishga maqsad qiladi. Tanlash va chiqarib tashlash mezonlari asosida elektron boshqaruv va barqaror rivojlanish maqsadlariga oid jami 20 dan ziyod maqola aniqlangan. Natijada, ushbu tadqiqot elektron boshqaruvning barqaror rivojlanish maqsadlariga erishishga qanday yordam berishi, shuningdek, ularning davlat siyosati va kelajakdagi boshqaruv amaliyotlariga ta’siri borasida ilmiy bilimlarni sezilarli darajada boyitadi.
