Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot yosh o‘smirlar orasida uyqu gigiyenasi buzilishi va uning psixofiziologik natijalarini chuqur o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Ma’lumotlari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, yoshi o‘sib borayotgan o‘smirlar biologik sikl, ritm o‘zgarishi, maktabning erta boshlanish vaqti hamda qurilmalar va ijtimoiy media vositalarini kechasi ortiqcha ishlatishi kabi omillar tufayli uyqu davomiyligi va sifatidan sezilarli darajada mahrum bo‘lmoqda. Masalan, bir majmualar tahlilida o‘smirlarning o‘rtacha uyqu vaqti taxminan 6,2 soatga teng bo‘lib, tavsiya etilgan 8‑10 soatdan ancha kam ekanligi aniqlangan. Uyqu buzilishi esa kognitiv va emotsional funksiyalarning zaiflashuvi, akademik ko‘rsatkichlarning pasayishi, stress, ruhiy salomatlik muammolari (masalan, depressiya va xavotir) va hatto o‘z joniga qasd fikrlarining ortishi bilan bog‘liq. Uyqu gigiyenasini yaxshilash – jumladan, muntazam uyqu‑uyg‘onish jadvali, kechasi elektron qurilmalarni cheklash, jismoniy faollikni oshirish va ota‑ona tartiblari orqali – o‘smirlarning uyqu holatini va psixofiziologik salomatligini yaxshilashga xizmat qilishi mumkin.
