Abstract
Ushbu maqolada sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirish jarayonida aholining to‘g‘ri (ratsional) ovqatlanish bo‘yicha savodxonligini oshirishning ahamiyati yoritilgan. Ratsional ovqatlanish tushunchasi, uning asosiy tamoyillari hamda ovqatlanish savodxonligining sog‘liqni saqlashdagi o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Aholi orasida to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish madaniyatining yetarli darajada shakllanmaganligi, ma’lumotlarning yetishmasligi, ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy omillar, shuningdek, madaniy an’analarning ovqatlanish odatlariga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, savodxonlikni oshirish orqali surunkali kasalliklarning oldini olish, jamiyat sog‘lig‘ini yaxshilash va iqtisodiy samaraga erishish imkoniyatlari ko‘rsatib berilgan. Ta’lim tizimi, ommaviy axborot vositalari, muhitni qo‘llab-quvvatlash va davlat siyosati yordamida ovqatlanish savodxonligini rivojlantirish yo‘llari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari aholining ratsional ovqatlanish haqidagi bilim, ko‘nikma va munosabatlarini mustahkamlash sog‘lom turmush tarzini qaror toptirishda muhim omil ekanligini tasdiqlaydi.
