Abstract
Adgeziv o‘rta otit — bu o‘rta quloq bo‘shlig‘ida biriktiruvchi to‘qimaning patologik o‘sishi, eshitish nayining disfunksiyasi va surunkali yallig‘lanish jarayonlari natijasida yuzaga keluvchi murakkab kasallikdir. So‘nggi yillarda ushbu kasallikning patogenezida nafaqat infektsion va mexanik omillar, balki genetik determinatsiyalangan o‘zgarishlar ham muhim o‘rin tutishi aniqlanmoqda. Tadqiqotlar ko‘rsatadiki, kollagen sintezi, yallig‘lanish mediatorlari, immun javobni boshqaruvchi genlarning polimorfizmlari adgeziv jarayonlarning rivojlanishida sezilarli rol o‘ynaydi. Ayniqsa, MMP (matrix metalloproteinazalar), TGF-β (transformatsiyalovchi o‘sish faktori), IL-6, TNF-α va COL1A1 kabi genlardagi o‘zgarishlar fibroz jarayonlarni kuchaytiradi. Bundan tashqari, oilaviy moyillik, genetik rekombinatsiya va irsiy immun javob buzilishlari o‘rta otitning surunkali shaklga o‘tish ehtimolini oshiradi. Ushbu maqolada adgeziv o‘rta otitning genetik asoslari bo‘yicha mavjud ilmiy manbalar tahlil qilinib, kasallik rivojlanish mexanizmlarida genetik omillarning roli yoritiladi. Maqolaning maqsadi — adgeziv o‘rta otitda genetik predispozitsiyaning klinik ahamiyatini aniqlash, genlararo o‘zaro ta’sirni tushuntirish va kelgusidagi molekulyar diagnostika hamda genetik terapiya yo‘nalishlariga asos yaratishdan iborat.
