Abstract

The nervous system is a highly complex and essential system responsible for controlling and coordinating all body functions.It enables communication between different organs, regulates movement, perception, memory, emotions, and ensures the maintenance of homeostasis. This paper explores the history of nervous system discovery, its structural and functional organization, and highlights major neurological diseases with their treatment and prevention strategies.
