Abstract

So‘nggi yillarda bolalarda o‘sish gormoni yetishmovchiligi (OGY) endokrinologiya va pediatriya amaliyotida dolzarb muammo sifatida e’tirof etilmoqda. Ushbu patologiya gipofiz bezining sekretsion faoliyatidagi buzilishlar natijasida paydo bo‘lib, bolaning somatik va skelet tizimi rivojlanishida kechikish, tana proporsiyalarining o‘zgarishi va metabolik jarayonlarning sustlashuvi bilan namoyon bo‘ladi. Erta tashxis klinik simptomlar, laborator tekshiruvlar, xususan, zardobdagi somatotrop gormon (STG) va insulin-simon o‘sish omili (IGF-1) darajasini aniqlash orqali amalga oshiriladi. So‘nggi yillarda olib borilgan tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, rekombinant o‘sish gormoni bilan davolash bolaning jismoniy rivojlanishini me’yorga yaqinlashtiradi, suyak o‘sishi va umumiy metabolik barqarorlikni yaxshilaydi. Maqolada so‘nggi yillarda OGYning etiopatogenezi, klinik belgilar, tashxislash usullari va zamonaviy davolash strategiyalari ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilinadi hamda xalqaro tajribalar asosida tavsiyalar beriladi.
