Abstract

Ushbu maqolada so‘lak bezlari kasalliklarining etiologik omillari, klinik belgilarining o‘ziga xos jihatlari, zamonaviy diagnostika usullari va davolash tamoyillari tahlil qilinadi. So‘lak bezlari patologiyasi organizmning yallig‘lanish, obstruktiv, autoimmun va o‘smali jarayonlari bilan bog‘liq bo‘lib, ularning kechishi ko‘pincha og‘riq, shish va sekretsiya buzilishlari bilan kechadi. Maqolada shuningdek, sialolitiaz, sialoadenit, Sjogren sindromi va pleomorf adenom kabi kasalliklarning patogeneziga ilmiy yondashuvlar keltiriladi.
