Abstract
This paper presents a comprehensive study of the ecological distribution of Potato Virus A and the biological system of its vector organisms responsible for its transmission in agricultural ecosystems. Potato Virus A, belonging to the Potyvirus genus within the Potyviridae family, is one of the most widespread pathogens affecting potato crops worldwide. The article explores the mechanisms of virus spread, the influence of environmental conditions on its propagation, and the interactions between the virus, host plants, and insect vectors. Particular attention is given to the role of aphids as the main carriers, the effect of climatic factors on infection dynamics, and sustainable control strategies.
