Abstract

In the era of modern digital transformation, developing students’ digital technological competence has become a pressing task for higher education. This article presents a methodology for enhancing the digital competence of undergraduate physics students through the use of a project-based approach in teaching the “Semiconductor Physics” course. The theoretical underpinnings of the methodology, its implementation stages, and the results of a practical experiment are discussed. The findings indicate that project-based learning is effective in fostering students’ digital skills and competencies.
