Abstract

Endokrin tizimning disfunksiyasi ayollarda va erkaklarda bepushtlikning eng muhim sabablaridan biridir. Gipotalamo–gipofizar–gonadal o‘q (GGGO) va tiroidea, insulin, prolaktin kabi boshqa gormonlar reproduktiv funksiyalarni boshqarishda markaziy rol o‘ynaydi. Ushbu maqolada endokrin buzilishlarning bepushtlikka ta’siri, patogenez mexanizmlari va zamonaviy diagnostika hamda davolash usullari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, reproduktiv salomatlikni tiklash va homiladorlik imkoniyatlarini oshirishdagi medikamentoz va jarrohlik yondashuvlar ko‘rib chiqiladi.
