Abstract
Ushbu maqolada stress, depressiya va boshqa psixologik holatlarning inson organizmiga, xususan, jismoniy sog‘lig‘iga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri yoritiladi. Ruhiy holat bilan bog‘liq muammolar yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari, immunitet pasayishi, oshqozon-ichak buzilishlari, surunkali og‘riqlar kabi turli somatik simptomlar bilan namoyon bo‘lishi mumkin. Maqolada ushbu holatlarning psixofiziologik mexanizmlari, zamonaviy davolash usullari va profilaktika choralari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, psixologik salomatlikni saqlash uchun samarali yondashuvlar ham tahlil qilinadi.
