Abstract

Ushbu maqolada orqa miya disk churralarini jarrohlik yo‘li bilan davolashning zamonaviy yondashuvlari tahlil qilinadi. Minimal invaziv mikrodiskektomiya, endoskopik diskektomiya va sun’iy disk implantatsiyasi kabi usullar an’anaviy ochiq jarrohlik usullari bilan taqqoslanadi. Yangi texnologiyalar yordamida operatsion travmatizmning kamayishi, bemorlarning tezroq tiklanishi hamda uzoq muddatli samaradorlik darajasining oshishi ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida yoritiladi.
