Abstract

Ushbu maqolada isitmaning rivojlanishida endogen va ekzogen pirogenlarning o‘rni chuqur tahlil qilingan. Isitma – bu organizmning yot omillarga qarshi himoya javobi sifatida yuzaga keladigan fiziologik holat bo‘lib, uning rivojlanishida pirogen moddalar muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Ekzogen pirogenlarga bakteriyalar, viruslar, zamburug‘lar va ularning toksinlari kiradi. Ular organizmga tushgach, immun tizimni faollashtirib, endogen pirogenlarning ishlab chiqarilishini rag‘batlantiradi. Endogen pirogenlar — interleykin-1, interleykin-6, tumor nekroz omili (TNF-α) kabi sitokinlar bo‘lib, ular gipotalamusdagi termoregulyatsiya markaziga ta’sir qilib, tana haroratining oshishiga olib keladi. Maqolada ushbu jarayonlarning patofiziologik mexanizmlari, organizmning bu moddalarga javobi, isitmaning himoya funksiyasi va haddan tashqari harorat ko‘tarilishining salbiy oqibatlari haqida batafsil ma’lumot beriladi. Shuningdek, isitmaning diagnostik va terapevtik yondashuvlari, dori vositalari orqali pirogen ta’sirini kamaytirish usullari ham ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola tibbiyot yo‘nalishidagi talabalar, klinik amaliyotdagi shifokorlar va biologiya mutaxassislari uchun foydali bo‘lishi mumkin.
