Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sutni pasterizatsiyalash jarayonidagi texnologik signallarni tahlil qilish va ularning sifatini baholash bo‘yicha mashinaviy o‘rganish yondashuvlari tadqiq qilinadi. Tizimli tahlil va modellashtirish asosida harorat signalining fizik va matematik xususiyatlari aniqlanadi. Mashinaviy o‘rganish algoritmlaridan foydalanib, signal sifatini baholovchi intellektual tizim quriladi va eksperiment natijalari orqali taklif etilgan yondashuvlarning samaradorligi isbotlanadi.
