Abstract
Ushbu maqolada sportchilarning ruhiy tayyorgarligi, uning sportdagi muvaffaqiyatga ta’siri va psixologik yondashuvlarning amaliy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy sport tahlillari shuni ko‘rsatmoqdaki, sportchilarning jismoniy tayyorgarligi bilan bir qatorda, psixologik tayyorgarligi ham muvaffaqiyat uchun hal qiluvchi omillardan biri hisoblanadi. Diqqatni boshqarish, stressni yengish, motivatsiyani saqlash, musobaqa vaqtida o‘ziga bo‘lgan ishonchni yo‘qotmaslik kabi ko‘nikmalar sportchilar faoliyatida muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Mazkur maqolada ushbu psixologik jarayonlarning nazariy asoslari va amaliy qo‘llanilishi chuqur o‘rganilgan.References
