Abstract
This study looked into the various elements that might influence the efficacy of online learning platforms such as their technical features, ease of use, methods of teaching, and other system performance attributes. As part of the study, the attitudes of the respondents towards the online learning platforms were assessed through a survey. As per the findings, 62% of those surveyed indicated that online learning platforms are useful in the educational process. At the same time, 23% disagreed with that, while 15% said that both sides should be considered equally. The outcomes of this inquiry aid in delivering recommendations for improving the efficiency of online learning platforms.
