Abstract
This article discusses the content and significance of the vertical system, a new approach to educating schoolchildren in the spirit of military-patriotic education in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Within the framework of the ideological concept of "New Uzbekistan", the integral, gradual formation of military-patriotic education in the education system, the pedagogical, social and spiritual effectiveness of this system are analyzed. The impact of such initiatives as the "Support of the Motherland" movement, "Schools of Courage", "Taron Tigers" on the minds of schoolchildren is also considered.
