Abstract
Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimi mutaxassislarni nafaqat nazariy bilimlar bilan, balki amaliy va kasbiy kompetensiyalar bilan ham ta’minlashni talab qiladi. Kompetensiyaviy yondashuv talabalarning shaxsiy va kasbiy rivojlanishini qo‘llab-quvvatlaydigan asosiy metodologik tamoyildir. Bunda o‘qituvchining pedagogik va psixologik roli alohida ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib, talabalarni mustaqil ta’lim olishga yo‘naltirish, ularda refleksiya qobiliyatlarini shakllantirish va o‘z kasbiy yo‘nalishini belgilashda qo‘llab-quvvatlash kabi vazifalarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
