Abstract
The role of sports in a healthy lifestyle is very important. In the life of everyone, sports activities are essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle, improve physical and mental health. Sports play an important role not only in physical health, but also in improving mental health. Today, the development of technology and the sedentary lifestyle have kept many people from moving. Computers, smartphones and other technological devices, forcing people to sit for a lot of time. This, in turn, can lead to various health problems.
