Abstract
Zamonaviy maktabgacha ta’lim tizimi raqamli texnologiyalar bilan uzviy bog‘liq bo‘lib, u rahbarlardan strategik boshqaruvning yangi yondashuvlarini talab etadi. Raqamli ta’lim muhiti sharoitida maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlari direktorlarining strategik boshqaruv mexanizmini takomillashtirish dolzarb masala hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada ta’lim sohasida raqamli texnologiyalarning o‘rni, strategik boshqaruvning asosiy tamoyillari va raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarining samaradorligini oshirishda raqamli boshqaruv vositalarining ahamiyatini ochib beradi va amaliy tavsiyalarni ilgari suradi.
