Abstract

Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy biotexnologiyaning eng dolzarb yutuqlaridan biri – genetik tahrirlash va CRISPR texnologiyasi haqida batafsil fikr yuritiladi. Genlarni o‘zgartirish metodlari, ayniqsa, CRISPR-Cas9 tizimi DNK tuzilishini aniq va samarali tarzda modifikatsiya qilish imkonini berib, tibbiyot, qishloq xo‘jaligi va ekologiya sohalarida tub burilishlarga olib kelmoqda. Ilmiy tadqiqotlar ushbu texnologiyaning irsiy kasalliklarni davolash, o‘simlik va hayvonlarni genetik modifikatsiya qilish hamda biotibbiyotda yangi imkoniyatlar yaratishda ulkan salohiyatga ega ekanligini tasdiqlaydi. Shu bilan birga, maqolada CRISPR texnologiyasining axloqiy va huquqiy jihatlari, xavflari va kelajakda yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan muammolari tahlil qilinadi.
