Abstract

The preschool education system is a crucial stage in children's intellectual, social, and emotional development. This article comprehensively examines the role of international experience in improving preschool education management. It highlights how crucial it is to translate and modify global experiences to local circumstances in order to introduce cutting-edge teaching strategies, improve the credentials of teaching staff, and update curricula. Additionally, the importance of global experience in creating legal and regulatory papers, improving education management systems, and efficiently allocating funds is examined. The benefits and drawbacks of global experiences are also covered in the article, along with linguistic and cultural variations and the limitations of directly putting foreign ideas into practice. The conclusion emphasizes the need for a thorough and methodical strategy to enhance preschool instruction based on global experiences.
