Abstract
Ushbu maqolada haydovchilarning xavfsiz haydash xulq-atvorini belgilovchi psixologik determinantlar va rezilyentlik (psixologik chidamlilik) mexanizmlari empirik tahlil qilinadi. Psixodiagnostik soʻrovnomalar (CD-RISC, DBQ) hamda statistik tahlil (Pirson korrelyatsiyasi, regression modellashtirish) yordamida rezilyentlik darajasi yuqori boʻlgan haydovchilarda yoʻldagi stressli vaziyatlarda xatoga yoʻl qoʻyish, tajovuzkorlik va qoidabuzarlik holatlari sezilarli darajada past boʻlishi aniqlandi. Natijalar haydovchilarni tayyorlashda psixologik rezilyentlikni rivojlantirish dasturlarini joriy etish zarurligini koʻrsatadi.
