Abstract
Maqolada polikistoz tuxumdon sindromi (PKTS) patogenezida insulinrezistentlikning (IR) o'rni, uning tarqalishi, PKTS fenotiplari bilan bog'liqligi, shuningdek glyukozaga tolerantlikning buzilishi, 2-tip qandli diabet, metabolik sindrom va dislipidemiya kabi metabolik asoratlar bo'yicha zamonaviy ilmiy ma'lumotlar tahlil qilingan. Metabolik buzilishlarni erta aniqlash va korreksiya qilish bo'yicha xalqaro klinik tavsiyalar yoritilgan. Adabiyotlar tahlili PKTS bo'lgan barcha ayollarda tana vaznidan qat'i nazar metabolik skrining o'tkazish zarurligini, hayot tarzini o'zgartirish esa davolashning birinchi bosqichi ekanligini ko'rsatadi.
