Abstract

This theoretical study explores the role of the adaptive leadership framework in the context of higher education systems. By analyzing academic literature on organizational change, this paper examines how educational institutions navigate complex challenges using adaptive principles. The findings show that distinguishing between technical and adaptive challenges enables university leaders to manage structural changes effectively and foster long-term organizational growth.
