Abstract
This study compares the role of intelligence quotient (IQ) and soft skills in university student success. In higher education, having a high IQ score alone is not enough to become a successful professional. A total of 12 students took part in this research, and we observed their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. The results show that developing soft skills improves student performance in class and prepares them better for future career tasks.
