Abstract

This theoretical study explores the role and benefits of information technology (IT) in English philology. By analyzing digital humanities frameworks, corpus linguistics software, and computer-assisted language learning platforms, this paper evaluates how IT tools modernize philological research. The findings show that integrating IT into philology improves linguistic analysis accuracy, text processing efficiency, and digital literacy among language scholars.
