Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida degradatsiyaga uchragan yerlarni qayta tiklash (Land Restoration) jarayonlarida karbon aktivlarini shakllantirish, ularni avtomatlashtirilgan tarzda monitoring qilish va xalqaro karbon bozorlarida monetizatsiya qilish platformasini yaratishning ilmiy-amaliy asoslari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda GIS, masofadan zondlash (Remote Sensing), IoT sensorlari, sun’iy intellekt (AI), blokcheyn va MRV (Monitoring, Reporting and Verification) tizimlari integratsiyasi asosida karbon kreditlarini hisoblash hamda avtomatlashtirilgan savdo mexanizmlari taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, raqamli platformalarni joriy etish monitoring xarajatlarini 40-60 %, verifikatsiya muddatlarini 50 % gacha qisqartirish hamda karbon aktivlarining investitsion jozibadorligini oshirish imkonini beradi.
